SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

Program Description

This messaging program sends a project updates, permitting updates, construction updates, scheduling notices, customer support communications, and business-related notifications to customers who have contacted PTGM LLC through our website at www.ptgmllc.org, submitted a contact form, scheduled a consultation, requested information, or otherwise explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications.

Opt-in is collected through website forms containing a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, submit your information and consent again through one of our approved opt-in methods.
